What You’ll Do
- Support individuals with daily routines and personal care
- Encourage independence and build life skills
- Assist with meals, household tasks, and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help individuals engage in community activities, work, and social events
- Transport individuals to appointments and activities as needed
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
- Document progress and communicate important updates to your team
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs
- Dependable, compassionate, and patient
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
