Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Production Epoxy Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and finishing epoxy-based components with a high level of accuracy and consistency. This position plays a key part in ensuring our products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities: Apply epoxy materials according to specified formulas and procedures.

  • Assemble parts and components using epoxy adhesives and hand tools.
  • Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety and quality standards.
  • Document production work, material usage, and any issues encountered.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications: Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or epoxy work is preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity and comfort working with hand tools and materials.
  • Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
