Cleaning Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team in Noblesville, IN. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, reliable attendance/transportation, open and transparent communication and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Said candidate would be cleaning a small dermatologist office building consisting of an entry way, waiting room, front desk area, 3 offices, 9 exam rooms, nurses station, break room, 2 restrooms and hallway. The shift is completed once per week on Saturdays beginning at 11:00am, the start time is somewhat flexible, and takes approximately 5 hours to complete, give or take. This is a one person location so this candidate must be able to be trusted to complete all tasks independently while keeping their quality of work up to par. This is a perfect position for students or someone looking for a part-time secondary job. The position will begin on May 2nd.

Duties

• Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, windows and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure that restrooms are clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards in cleaning.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting or moving items.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and techniques is preferred but not required; paid training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members.

Pay: From $100.00 per day
