This is a full-time, on-site Job Coach position based in Lowell, MA. The Job Coach will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals in need of employment assistance, including identifying career opportunities, offering guidance, and facilitating the development of workplace skills. The role entails building strong professional relationships, fostering a supportive and empowering environment, and assisting individuals in achieving their employment goals.
- Strong Job Coaching and Coaching skills to support individuals in their career development
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build relationships and effectively interact with diverse individuals
- Experience or knowledge in Career Counseling to guide individuals in their employment journey
- Proactive and supportive mindset with a focus on mentorship and empowerment
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and as part of a collaborative team
- Familiarity with employment practices, workplace accommodations, or disability services is a plus
