Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with product managers and architects in planning, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge platform and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust platform requirements, developing scalable solutions using APIs, workflows, and event streaming.

As a Senior, you'll guide junior engineers in creating responsive, scalable, and maintainable systems, participating in code reviews and making key technical decisions. Your expertise will ensure our systems architecture achieves maximum performance, stability, and reliability, while maintaining high-security standards.

· Work with product managers and architects to plan and implement the platform and services design, development, and maintenance

· Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to understand, design and deliver platform requirements

· Develop scalable solutions using APIs, workflows, event streaming as per the need of the platform

· Lead the junior engineers in developing responsive, scalable, and maintainable systems

· Participate in code reviews and technical decision making

· Maintain the systems architecture to ensure maximum performance, stability, and reliability

· Maintain high-security standards in all designs and solutions

· Ensure adherence to development best practices and industry trends

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent experience)

· Minimum 7 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building platforms

· Deep understanding of Serverless and Microservices architecture

· Strong knowledge of Relational Databases and PL/SQL

· Extensive experience working with Container as a service, Network Architecture, and Security best practices

· Familiarity with AWS services such as Elastic Container Service, API Gateway, AWS Lambda, VPC, AWS Route 53 etc.

· Expertise in designing and building REST APIs, workflows, and tools to deploy, test, and perform CI/CD

· Sound knowledge of modern DevOps practices and culture

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills
