INCO Beverage is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage and grow our Clearfield County territory. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships while representing a portfolio of well-known beer brands in the market.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales and customer relationships within an assigned territory
- Call on bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and retail accounts
- Present new products, in person promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Take orders and ensure proper merchandising, product rotation, and shelf standards
- Set up and maintain displays and point-of-sale materials
- Support tastings, promotions, and special events as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and address out-of-stock situations
- Track sales activity and share market feedback with management
Qualifications
- Sales, beverage, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage a territory
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move beer cases and merchandising materials
- Familiarity with Clearfield County accounts and market preferred

Travel: Territory-based with bi-monthly meetings at various locations in Cambria and Westmoreland Counties
Schedule: Full-time; primarily daylight hours with occasional evenings and weekends
