Position Overview
Inco Beverage is seeking an Entry-Level IT Support and Supply Chain Systems Specialist to join our operations team. This blended role is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals with foundational IT knowledge and a strong interest in logistics, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and distribution technology.
You will play a vital role in supporting daily IT functions while ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our inventory, warehousing, and distribution technology environments.
Key Responsibilities: IT Help Desk Support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT issues.
- Prioritize and resolve Tier I hardware and software concerns in a timely manner.
- Assist with workstation setup, user support, and basic network troubleshooting.
Supply Chain Systems Maintenance
- Support the daily operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of core supply chain systems such as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and distribution software.
- Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues when needed.
Inventory & Logistics Data Support
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of logistics and inventory data.
- Assist with generating inventory reports and tracking shipments and material movements through IT systems.
- Identify discrepancies and support corrective actions.
Process Improvement
- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to streamline workflows.
- Use basic data analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Documentation & Training
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and system process guides.
- Provide basic training to end-users on new tools, software features, and best practices.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in IT support, logistics, or supply chain systems is helpful but not required.
- Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ERP systems, WMS platforms, or logistics software is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis methods is highly desirable.
