Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Lead business and functional requirements gathering, including user story development, mockups/wireframes, and facilitation of client requirements discussions.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical teams, supporting Agile development and solution delivery.
- Execute and support functional web application testing, including use of automated testing tools to validate requirements and system behavior.
- Develop training materials and provide user support to ensure successful adoption of modernized applications.
- Perform Scrum support activities such as backlog management, sprint planning, and facilitating client demos and Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret security clearance required
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
- 3 years’ experience in Business Process & Requirements Gathering.
- 3 years’ experience in Functional Testing of web applications.
- Ability to work full-time onsite at a client location in downtown Washington, DC.
- Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Agile Design & Delivery (Foundational).
- Scrum Master experience or training (Foundational).
- AWS fundamentals (AWS 101 – Foundational).
- SQL fundamentals (Foundational).
- Web application development or deployment exposure (training or hands-on).
