Role Description
We’re partnering with a prestigious law firm on a search for a Real Estate Transactional Associate in Miami.
This is a chance to take on meaningful responsibility for land, multifamily, and condominium deals. This includes real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. You will draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, manage title, survey, and condominium documents.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years commercial real estate transactional experience;
- Proficient in purchase and sale agreements, title, survey, and condominium documents;
- Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills; and
- Admitted to practice in Florida.
Salary
Compensation will range from $205k - $235k, depending on experience.
