Therapist Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular appointments with clients who wish to converse with a mental health professional while helping clients reflect on issues to help them make positive changes.
• Implement evidence-based treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address client situations.
• Record and maintain adequate notes about client visits, submitting documentation of client contact within 24 hours of client contact.
• Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance.

Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Meet all necessary state licensure requirements and maintain your license in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPCC, or IMFT)
• Solid relationship-building capabilities
• A positive and compassionate attitude, acceptance and non-judgmental attitude toward those with differences
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $ $69.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
