Inclusion ABA is a premier, BCBA-owned practice serving Southeast Texas. We are actively seeking dedicated, full-time In-Person/Hybrid BCBAs to join our compassionate team across our clinic locations in Livingston, Cleveland, and Huntsville, Texas.

Your responsibilities:

You will be an integral part of our team, helping us provide exceptional care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and FBA.
• Developing individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
  
• Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  
• Working with families to ensure skills generalize outside the clinic.
  
• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  
• Participating in team meetings and professional development.

What we're looking for:

We're seeking a dedicated professional with a passion for helping children. To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  
• Experience working with early childhood clients is a plus.
  
• A strong understanding of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bi-Lingual a plus!!
