Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Director. Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides leadership and clinical oversight within the ABA clinic. This role supports the Clinical Director in managing day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, supervising clinical staff, and maintaining compliance with ethical and professional standards. The Assistant Clinical Director also contributes to program development, staff training, and family support while managing an assigned caseload.
Duties
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs as assigned.
- Support the Clinical Director in supervising overall clinical quality and program effectiveness.
- Manage a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and progress reporting.
- Conduct parent/caregiver training and provide family support to promote skill generalization across environments.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring clinic policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, onboarding, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, insurance guidelines, and state regulations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support growth of clinical staff.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to develop and implement staff training programs, clinical workshops, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required).
- Preferred at least 3 years of clinical experience in ABA with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in an ABA setting strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in ABA, ethical standards, and clinical best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
