Incloodie is hiring outgoing, charismatic part-time Tour Hosts to lead our guided food and culture experiences across Dallas neighborhoods like Bishop Arts, Downtown Dallas, and Richardson.

This role is ideal for performers, hospitality professionals, educators, creatives, actors, comedians, content creators, or anyone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and commanding a room.

This is NOT a passive tour guide role. Our hosts lead high-energy, highly interactive experiences where guest connection, confidence, timing, and personality matter.

• $14–$17/hour base pay
• Guest tips often range from $20–$100 per tour
• Corporate/private tours include additional per-person bonuses

Top-performing guides can earn $1,000 /month working limited part-time shifts.

• Lead 2–3 hour walking food tours
• Host and entertain small groups of guests
• Bring Dallas neighborhoods, food, and culture to life
• Use our professionally developed route structure and storytelling framework
• Adapt your energy and delivery to each unique group
• Coordinate lightly with restaurant partners

Training provided

This is flexible contract work, but guides must be comfortable with variable scheduling based on tour bookings, weekends, private events, and seasonal demand.

• Comfortable walking 1–2 miles
• Comfortable standing and speaking for extended periods
• Comfortable navigating groups through busy public areas
