Retail Customer Associate

The Retail Customer Associate will work closely with and report to the Marketing Manager at Incline Marketing Executives. This dynamic role involves conducting market research, attending product knowledge sessions and team meetings, and providing outstanding customer service and sales support. Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers with customer interactions and sales assistance.
• Help launch new campaigns and introduce new products or services to the market.
• Accurately input customer data and track sales, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
• Learn and apply product knowledge during customer interactions and marketing efforts.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotional events and product demos.
• Develop skills in training, coaching, and leadership to support team development.
• Prioritize teamwork and clear communication within the organization.
• Handle customer orders, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging energy technologies.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and generate new sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement in marketing and sales processes.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
