What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite Technician position at Incito Solutions?
We are looking for an Onsite Support Technician to work in a dynamic environment providing direct support to our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your technical skills and continue to learn new ones as a member of our team.
What does the position entail?
· Providing white glove support through the entire support lifecycle: deeply understanding the customer's issue; determining the cause of the issue; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue; expediting correction or adjustment to resolve the issue; following up with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction
· Keeping records of customer interactions, processes, and necessary documents
· Providing support both in person and remote via email, phone, and video conferencing
· Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
· Be a liaison between the customer and the company: passing along customer needs, wants, and feedback
Responsibilities Include:
· Provide in-person and remote IT support Monday – Friday from 9AM to 6PM with an hour lunch
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android users
· Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and cellular devices
· Document support requests in a ticket system
· Assist with setup and maintenance of A/V equipment, including, but not limited to, microphones, speakers, and projectors
· Respond effectively to customer requests or complaints within a timely fashion
· Setting up accounts and computers for new users
· Assist with equipment orders and manage deployment of new equipment
· Facilitating repairs and replacing equipment as necessary
· Escalate tickets to higher level technicians as required
· Manage equipment inventory and lifecycle
· Create and maintain process documentation
· Other duties as assigned
The Right Candidate Will Have:
· Strong experience with administrating and supporting Windows 10 and 11, Android, and iOS Devices
· Strong experience supporting Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Familiarity with Powershell and Batch scripting
· Familiarity with MacOS support
· Fluency in written and oral English
· Attention to detail
· Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
· Passion to communicate with our users as if you were on the other end of the screen
· Ability to work productively with little supervision
· Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
· Ability to handle stressful or tense situations with efficiency and professionalism

Physical Demands
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit; talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard, reach, stoop and kneel.

· Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
· Travel between client sites is required, including client sites in Dayton and Columbus.
Required Experience:
- 2 years relevant work experience providing technical support in a professional environment (Required)
- Deskside support: 2 years (Preferred)
- Business-to-Business Technical Support: 2 years (Preferred)
