What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Incipio Devices?
Responsible for all Project execution and other related tasks. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Planning, and Engineering to manage all new projects ranging from simple activities to more complex plans.

Responsibilities-
Point of Contact for customers/stakeholders, manage expectations, and clearly communicate progress to ensure deadlines and targets are hit.
Confirm P.O. and confirm Print, Model, and Rev verification.
Maintain specific Projects within Ready Room.
Work cross functionally with Shipping and Raw Materials to ensure materials are ordered and in on time.
Prepare Shipping document readiness.
Works cross functionally with core team on internal projects while maintaining stakeholder communication and expectations.
Create the Project Priority List for specific projects for all Quality, Operations, Planning, and Engineering staff to ensure timeliness of all projects.
Coordinate with the designated PC, ME and QE to maintain router packet content.
Manage projects for customers through each NPI phase.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Ability to take direction and execute tasks and projects accordingly.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Collaborate between teams and the clients to ensure everyone is on the same page, brainstorm and create a roadmap and other applicable duties.
