Role Description
Incipio Devices is seeking skilled CNC Machinists for 2nd and 3rd shift positions in a full-time capacity. This on-site role, located in Huntington, IN, involves operating and maintaining CNC machines, setting up machining tools, and ensuring that manufactured products meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include performing machining operations such as milling, maintaining machinery, and conducting quality control checks to ensure adherence to specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and general Machining processes
- Experience with Milling and related CNC machining techniques
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and practices
- Skill in handling and maintaining machinery
- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T
- Basic understanding in use of quality lab tools (hand tools, comparator, micrometer)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively during assigned shifts
- Prior experience in orthopedic device manufacturing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred
