What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality orthopedic components
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Perform inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards
- Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Work as part of a team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- CNC machining experience preferred
- Blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
