Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Associate role based in Novi, MI, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Sales Associate will prospect and build relationships with workers’ compensation professionals, including adjusters, case managers, and other stakeholders, to promote Incingo’s medical equipment and service offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound calls and emails, scheduling and attending client meetings (virtual and in-person), and presenting solutions that emphasize cost containment, timely service, and clear communication. The role involves maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking activities in a CRM, preparing quotes and proposals, and coordinating with internal operations to ensure smooth order processing and prompt follow-up on claims-related requests. The Sales Associate will also gather market feedback, support account retention initiatives, and contribute to sales reporting and revenue growth targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare, workers’ compensation, insurance, or medical equipment services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with claims professionals and clinical partners.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and standard office software, and comfort working in a hybrid environment balancing in-person and remote activities.
- Demonstrated organization, follow-through, and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts, orders, and timelines simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team-based performance metrics.
- Understanding of or interest in workers’ compensation processes, medical equipment, and cost containment strategies (training will be provided).
- Ability to travel locally in and around Novi, MI for client meetings and industry events as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.
