Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position will assist in the installation of high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and more under the direct supervision of a Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation of paver patios, walkways, and outdoor living spaces
- Help build retaining walls, seating walls, and other hardscape features
- Support the construction of outdoor kitchens and related structures
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Follow direction from Foreman and adhere to project plans and specifications
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship
Qualifications:
- Previous construction or landscape experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
- Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus
Salary : $20 - $23
