About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Success Manager to support our leadership team while managing key business functions, including customer success, marketing, and project management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can multitask, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist with onboarding new and supporting existing clients and maintaining strong relationships.
- Track customer feedback, satisfaction metrics, and engagement levels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention and support business growth.
Project Management & Coordination
- Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating projects across departments.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress.
Marketing & Branding
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email outreach, and content marketing.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, website updates, and newsletters.
- Help manage brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.
- Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, marketing tools (Constant Contact, Canva), and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools and social media management.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Prior experience in customer success or sales support.
