What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Corporate and Financing Attorney position at Inceptiv?
Inceptiv is hiring a senior corporate and financing attorney to lead private financing and corporate transactions for investor-backed companies. This is a client-facing role for a lawyer who wants to practice at a high level.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong national or international law firm training who wants to continue handling sophisticated private company transactions while taking on greater client contact, deal leadership, and practical business advisory responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience with private placement securities offerings, venture capital and private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. This attorney should be comfortable managing transactions from start to finish, working directly with founders, executives, investors, boards, and opposing counsel, and serving as a trusted advisor to companies operating in fast-moving, innovation-driven industries.
This is not a back-office drafting role. The successful candidate will be expected to lead deals, manage client relationships, and bring both technical precision and commercial judgment to every transaction.
