Pay: You will have the opportunity to earn $90,000 - $135,000 in performance-based compensation

SCHEDULE FOR OUR PLUMBING INSTALLATION TECH - RESIDENTIAL INSTALLER:
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule of 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
YOUR ROLE AS A PLUMBING INSTALLATION TECH - RESIDENTIAL INSTALLER:
You tackle plumbing challenges for homeowners in the Kansas City metro area, providing lasting solutions like water heater installations, repipes, and sewer repairs. Using advanced tools, you ensure efficient, high-quality workmanship while protecting and cleaning up homeowners' properties. You stay active, problem-solve effectively, and take pride in making a meaningful difference for each customer every day.
In order to do this, you'll need the following:
- 3 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and health screening
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions
- Integrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeowners
- Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
