As our full-time Communications and Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of expanding Inception Plumbing's reach and reputation. Your primary mission is to develop and implement strategic plans that maximize efficiency, increase customer engagement, and boost brand visibility. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure our budget is optimized, oversee vendor relationships, and enhance our presence across digital, social, and direct marketing channels. Your role includes designing automated marketing systems that empower our operations, refining branding to drive repeat business, and maintaining consistency across all customer touchpoints. From managing SEO, PPC ads, and CRM software to developing direct response marketing and overseeing seasonal campaigns, your expertise will shape how Inception Plumbing connects with its customers. You'll also train internal teams, ensure our online presence dominates the market, and position Inception Plumbing as the go-to name in home services.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience managing marketing budgets, metrics, and KPIs
• Knowledge of the plumbing and home services market
• Proficiency with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional and guerrilla marketing distribution channels
• Proficiency with marketing software and tools, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and content management systems
• Proficiency with WordPress, ServiceTitan, Marketing Pro, and MS Office/Sheets
• Willingness to visit job sites to capture media
• Comfortability being around large groups at team or public events
• Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors
• Ability to manage communication outside standard working hours as needed
• Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and changes in the market
• Physical ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, handle prolonged exposure to computer screens, and perform duties in all types of weather
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
