We are are looking for a VP of Marketing, and the ideal candidate will have a broad base of marketing experience and a proven record of success, with deep expertise in account based marketing, performance marketing, content marketing, product marketing, BDR management and marketing analytics. The VP of Marketing will be a part of Incentivio's executive team.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent the marketing function on the executive team
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including demand generation & account based marketing
- Develop annual & quarterly marketing plans and budgets
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns and initiatives
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals
Job Requirements for VP of Marketing at Incentivio
- Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, with at least 5 years leading marketing teams
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a B2B SaaS Series A, B or C company
- Experience with Demand Generation and Account Based Marketing
- Prior experience working with an agency or with an internal team to document and refine brand voice & creative direction
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Innovative thinking and a strategic mindset
