Our client, a healthcare organization in Quincy, MA is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant - this role is contract-to-hire and will pay up to $30/hr.

What You'll Do
- Partner directly with the Executive Assistant to the CEO on day-to-day operations of the Executive Office.
- Help manage the CEO's calendar and those of other senior leaders — scheduling meetings, handling competing priorities, and thinking ahead to upcoming events and deadlines.
- Support preparation of Management Team meeting agendas, reports, and materials; follow up on action items; and coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, special events, and Board meetings across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team on executive-level correspondence and content on behalf of the CEO and Executive Assistant.
- Act as a point of contact between the Executive Office and internal teams, keeping communication timely and on track.
- Triage incoming requests and inquiries with good judgment on what to prioritize and what to escalate.
- Handle travel coordination for staff and volunteers including itineraries and accommodations.
- Maintain well-organized electronic and physical filing systems for executive-level documents.
- Keep the Executive Assistant on track with deadlines, project timelines, and key deliverables.
- Support special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and process improvement efforts as needed.
- Assist with surveys, audits, grant reporting, and annual organizational initiatives.
- Must have reliable daily transportation to travel between sites and external venues; ability to transport supplies and materials required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5 years in a progressive administrative role supporting senior leadership.
- Background in healthcare, nonprofit, or executive corporate settings is a plus.
- Sharp organizational and time management skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with AI tools is a plus.
- Comfortable managing competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
- Equally effective working independently or collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong follow-up instinct.
- Physical requirements include extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting; ability to lift up to 1/3 of body weight.
