My client is seeking a polished, highly organized, and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Founding Partners of a successful and growing firm in New York City. What You'll Do
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate high-level business and personal projects from start to finish
- Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted liaison with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep priorities moving forward
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with event planning, special projects, and day-to-day operations
- Support personal logistics, appointments, reservations, and household coordination
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-10 years of professional experience in Executive and Personal Assistance
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong judgment, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Someone who is naturally proactive and enjoys being one step ahead
