Position: Tier 2 IT Support
Compensation: $ 25 - 35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide standard hardware and software support
- Deliver proactive and reactive AV support
- Deploy and set up hardware efficiently
- Conduct basic networking tasks
- Manage low-level orientations
- Support enterprise ticketing systems
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 years of IT support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Windows 11 or Windows 10
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Intune Administration skills
- Active Directory knowledge
- Azure experience
