Position: Telecommunications Technician
Compensation: $21 - $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Thornton, Colorado
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Telecommunications Technician to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Telecommunications Technician, where you'll support the District’s Mitel VoIP Telephone System. This hands-on role offers the chance to work in the field, engaging with various District sites. If you're passionate about voice systems and eager to contribute to a meaningful project, this is your opportunity to shine!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support and troubleshoot Mitel VoIP endpoints
- Perform basic telephone station troubleshooting
- Provide voicemail system support
- Support analog lines and related infrastructure
- Install and replace voice-related equipment
- Coordinate with Network/Infrastructure staff
- Maintain and repair voice systems
- Document and communicate with IT team
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with enterprise VoIP systems
- Knowledge of cabling and network infrastructure
- Experience in MDF/IDF environments
- Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot devices
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Mitel VoIP systems
- Field site work experience
- Good documentation habits
