Systems Engineer

Position: Systems Engineer

Compensation: $44 - $53 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Systems Engineer to join their team!

Join a dynamic environment where you'll design, develop, integrate, and test advanced RF and electronic modules for communication and radar applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite with a team dedicated to innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Test, troubleshoot, and validate electronic modules and PCB-based assemblies
• Identify root causes of production and system failures through signal analysis and hardware diagnostics
• Develop and improve test procedures to support manufacturing and production reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance
• Document test results, findings, and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
• Hands-on experience with electronic hardware systems in a manufacturing or test environment
• Strong knowledge of RF circuits and digital electronics
• Experience with PCB assembly, testing, and wiring/interconnects
• Ability to troubleshoot electronic systems and trace signals to determine root cause issues

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with PCB manufacturing and SMT/SMD production environments
• Exposure to FPGA-based hardware systems
• Background in RF, communications, or power electronics
• Familiarity with embedded systems and requirements tools such as DOORS
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or telecommunications industries is a plus
