What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Solutions Architect position at Inceed?
Position: Senior Solutions Architect
Compensation: $60 - $68 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Lenexa, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join their team!
This role offers the chance to convert real business cases into durable, production-ready technology solutions. You'll work to ensure designs adhere to architectural standards and are set up to move the organization into a new age of technology. This is not a leadership position, but it does offer the opportunity to mentor software developers.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Translate roadmap into concrete solution designs
- Produce and maintain architectural designs and documentation
- Define and evolve integration approaches across platforms
- Lead activities to raise delivery quality and predictability
- Prepare analyses for architectural review boards
- Mentor engineers and emerging architects
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA
- Scan and recommend emerging technologies
- Ensure designs are implemented accurately
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10 years in software development/engineering
- Proficiency with C#/.NET, RESTful APIs, Angular, SQL
- Experience with Azure DevOps build/release pipelines
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and integration
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science
- Local to Kansas City metro
- Experience with architecture governance bodies
