Senior Accountant

Position: Senior Accountant

Compensation: $75,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Accountant to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to step into a high-impact role with broad ownership across financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, and audit support. You’ll work closely with a lean local team and collaborate with an international HQ, giving you visibility, autonomy, and the chance to contribute directly to core financial operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity
• Review journal entries prepared by junior staff
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Assist with tax preparation and related activities
• Support internal and external audit preparation
• Maintain internal accounting controls and procedures
• Provide financial analysis to leadership as needed
• Collaborate with HQ to support accounting operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Senior-level accounting experience required
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting
• Experience with reconciliations and variance analysis
• Background in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience with cash flow analysis
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Effective communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with international teams
• Background supporting audit processes
• Experience training or mentoring junior staff
• Exposure to tax-related accounting activities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment

Other Information:

• Direct hire opportunity
• Onsite schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Team is small locally, with strong support from an international HQ team
• Interview process is expected to include around two onsite rounds
