SAP Finance Manager

Position: SAP Finance Manager

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Direct and manage production support and project delivery
• Build and manage staffing plans across teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Ensure solutions are fully tested with documented results
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues
• Support governance and PMO processes
• Recommend SAP best practices to key business users
• Provide input on system design and user training

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, finance, or related field
• 3 years in an SAP lead or supervisory role preferred
• 8 years in SAP production support environment preferred
• Experience with SAP FI/CO module and integration points
• Multiple full FI-CO life-cycle implementations
• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Management
• Strong knowledge of controlling functions including Product Costing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with security roles and authorization objects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to navigate politics of major efforts
• Experience with SAP SD, MM, and PP modules
