Position: Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $24-31/hr
Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within the plant. With the excitement of a startup atmosphere, you'll be part of a team dedicated to minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Certified Electrician highly preferred for 1st shift candidates
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Effective communication skills
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on plant equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues
- Assist with the installation of new equipment
- Conduct regular inspections for preventive maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Suggest improvements for equipment reliability
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve issues
