Responsibilities
- Support installation efforts for Aloha systems across various sites.
- Ensure correct installation by monitoring bridge calls and device activity.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed.
- 2 years of experience in IT support.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and Windows systems.
- Ability to follow technical documentation and directions effectively.
- Previous experience in an IT Help Desk environment.
- Background with Geek Squad or similar technical support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

- Schedule is overnight: 10 PM – 7 AM.
