Position: Helpdesk Analyst
Compensation: $25 - $28/hour, depending on experience
Location: Coppell, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle IT tickets via InvGate, phone, email, and Teams
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
- Support Microsoft 365 applications
- Manage mobile devices through Intune
- Provide remote support using TeamViewer
- Assist with desk phone and softphone changes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years in IT support or help desk role
- Solid Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and M365
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with non-technical users
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CompTIA A , Network , or Security certification
- Experience supporting a 24x7 or dispatch environment
- Multi-site support experience
