Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users
- Resolve issues in-person, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with executives to address technical challenges
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a technical support role
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the oil and gas industry
- Background in working with executive-level clients
