Position: Fleet Coordinator
Compensation: $25 - $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate truck fleet operations and manage equipment needs
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve daily queries
- Maintain records and perform data entry tasks
- Handle group email communications efficiently
- Support the manager by addressing routine issues
- Work independently and manage multitasking effectively
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 years of business experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to work independently and handle multitasking
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with fleet management or Department of Transportation
- Background in collision and insurance claims
- Experience in freight trucking or dealership backend operations
