Position: Field Sales Account Manager
Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Washington, Oregon, and Idaho

This is a strong opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, growing accounts, and owning a multi-state territory. In this role, you’ll help expand business across the Pacific Northwest while partnering with a respected organization known for stability, culture, and long employee tenure. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage a territory across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Execute quarterly territory sales plans
- Identify strategic accounts and maintain regular touchpoints
- Drive category growth and account penetration
- Support trade show participation within the territory
- Prepare proposals and close new business opportunities
- Track activity and opportunities in CRM systems
- Promote online ordering platform adoption
- Manage travel and territory expenses within guidelines
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays
- Willingness to travel Tuesday through Thursday weekly
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience using CRM platforms such as NetSuite or Salesforce
- Background in cold calling and new business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong territory management skills
