Enrollment Processor

Position: Enrollment Processor

Compensation: $19 - 20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Enrollment Processor to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys accuracy, organization, and supporting critical enrollment workflows. In this role, you’ll help maintain customer records, process enrollment information, and ensure data is handled with care and compliance. If you’re looking for a fast-paced office environment where attention to detail and strong communication make a real impact, this could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain accurate customer database records.
• Create and update customer eligibility information.
• Review enrollment documents for completeness and requirements.
• Process enrollment information in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and distribute customer correspondence.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meet quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare, insurance, or medical office setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Successful completion of a healthcare sanctions background check.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior enrollment processing experience.
• Experience working with customer eligibility records.
• Familiarity with compliance-focused administrative work.
• Background in high-volume data entry.
