Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with strong Life Sciences domain expertise, proven strategic leadership, solid delivery management, and hands-on cloud program experience to lead enterprise-scale initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive strategic program roadmaps aligned with business and technology goals.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud and platform modernization programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, cloud, data, security, product, and compliance.
- Oversee planning, execution, risk management, dependencies, and governance.
- Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, HIPAA where applicable).
Required Skills:
- Strong experience managing cloud transformation or cloud-native programs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven delivery management and strategic planning experience.
- Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare domains.
- Expert knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Scrum and SDLC.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and program management tools.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).
