What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Ince Property Management, LLC?
HVAC and CPO Certifications a plus.
Must be self-driven and capable of working without constant supervision and have some knowledge and understanding in plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Also, must have dependable transportation to and from work.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to: small plumbing repair, painting, drywall and texturing, painting, fixture replacement, minor appliance repair or replacement, mowing, tree trimming, pool maintenance, and any other issues that may arise.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
