ACQUISITIONS PROGRAM MANAGER
INCATech is looking for an Acquisitions Program Manager with experience to lead an acquisition/contracts support team that directly supports complex federal government acquisition programs/projects.
WORK LOCATION: Washington D.C. local area, hybrid upon approval.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide proactive leadership and technical direction to all personnel.
- Coordinate and direct project activities.
- Perform management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.
- Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Submit all deliverables on time and within compliance of the contract.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
- Experience understanding a client's business, organization, and objectives.
- Experience managing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Acquisition/Contracts experience; experience as Warranted Contract Officer.
- Experience supporting service delivery contracts and mission critical programs.
- Proficient with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), FEMA Acquisition Manual (FAM), Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR), and Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM).
PREFERRED:
- Master’s Degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA), and/or Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC- P/PM) certification Level III.
