Job Summary
Incarnate Word Convent is in search of an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will support the mission and charism of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament by providing leadership and oversight of House Operations. The Operations Manager oversees and supports department supervisors, establishes expectations, promotes accountability, coordinates operational activities across departments, and ensures that House operations and services are carried out safely, effectively, professionally, and in accordance with established policies, budgets, and organizational priorities. This is a full-time position.
