Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our critical care team for per diem night coverage. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care and be comfortable managing acutely ill patients in a fast-paced environment during overnight hours.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients during night shiftsPerform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plansManage ventilators, vasoactive medications, and other critical care interventionsRespond to emergencies, codes, and rapid clinical changesCollaborate closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teamsDocument patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical recordQualifications:Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantMinimum of 1 year of critical care experience (ICU required)BLS and ACLS certification (required)Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently during overnight shiftsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsSchedule & Coverage:Per diem / part-timeNight shifts only: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMFlexible scheduling based on departmental needsBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
