InCare Physicians is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospitalist to join our growing inpatient team at an established rehabilitation hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. This is a full-time position offering a Monday through Friday schedule, with one weekend requirement per month, allowing for meaningful work-life balance while making a real impact on patient care.

Position Highlights
- Work in a collaborative team environment with other experienced hospitalists and APPs.
- Manage patients in an inpatient rehab setting with a focus on subacute care and recovery.
- Assistance with obtaining rehab certification
- Enjoy the consistency of a block schedule with predictable time off.
- No night coverage required – overnight call managed separately.
- Supported by robust nursing, therapy, and administrative teams.
- MD or DO with active licensure in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain).
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Prior inpatient experience preferred, rehab experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
