As a Business Formation Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in guiding and empowering motivated Entrepreneurs through the journey of launching their dreams through their new business with Inc Authority! You'll consult with them to understand their unique goals, timing, and budget - tailoring services to meet their needs. With services like LLC formation, legal documentation, and strategic growth solutions—you'll play a pivotal role in helping startups take their first steps toward success!

We are a business formation company headquartered in Reno, NV that specializes in helping businesses launch and grow throughout the U.S. We act as a registered agent in all 50 states and consult on business formation services as well as business growth services such as tax planning, business credit, marketing, etc.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Reach out to motivated entrepreneurs across the country using warm leads (no cold calling!).
• Build meaningful relationships with new business owners and help them see the value in partnering with Inc Authority to launch their business.
• Drive sales by offering a full range of services, including LLC formation, legal documentation, website domains, and more.
• Tailor solutions based on each client's unique needs and goals, while delivering exceptional service.
• Exceed your sales goals and flourish in a dynamic, supportive, and rewarding environment!

What's In It for You:

• Pay starts with a $20/hr base, plus uncapped tiered commission and bonuses! Our top performers earn between $50,000 to $80,000 in their first year!
• Paid training - no need to be an expert in business formation, we'll equip you with everything you need to succeed.
• Great hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm - no nights, no weekends.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills.
• A motivation to succeed!
• A self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.
  
• At least one year of customer facing experience (in person or over the phone).
• Sales Experience is a Plus - While sales experience is great it's not required, just preferred.
  
• Tech-savvy professional with basic computer skills (MS Office, CRMs).
• A team player who thrives in a friendly yet competitive environment.
