Do you enjoy talking with people and making a great first impression? We're looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to represent our company at local events and help homeowners schedule free in-home consultations.
No sales experience is required—we provide all the training you need!
What You'll Do
- Represent Inaugural Home Improvements at home shows, retail events, and community events.
- Speak with homeowners about our bathroom remodeling services.
- Schedule free in-home appointments for our sales team.
- Maintain an organized, professional booth display.
- Help create a fun and welcoming experience for potential customers.
Pay & Benefits
- $17.00-$30.00 per hour
- Hourly pay PLUS performance bonuses
- Earn an additional $25 for every qualified demo appointment you schedule
- Weekly earning potential increases with your performance
- Mileage reimbursement for travel to out-of-town events

Schedule
- Part-Time
- Primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Occasional Thursday events
- Weekend availability is required
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to stand for extended periods during events
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
