Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Enrichment Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our enrichment programs. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys working with students and instructors, and thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment. The Enrichment Program Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Research Programs
- Support the Program Manager in tracking and managing student research projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to consultants and families
- Communicate with students, parents, and mentors to ensure strong performance and timely completion
- Provide guidance to students throughout the research process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mentors, students, and parents
Tutoring Program Management
- Assess student needs and develop customized tutoring plans
- Match students with appropriate tutors and coordinate scheduling
- Oversee tutoring progress, ensuring a smooth and effective experience
- Serve as a key point of contact for students and families, addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain positive, long-term relationships with tutors and clients
Volunteer & Internship Programs
- Collaborate with consultants to identify student needs and program goals
- Develop partnerships with schools, companies, and organizations to source opportunities
- Share and coordinate relevant volunteer and internship placements for students
Program Development & Execution
- Assist in designing and organizing enrichment programs such as study tours and camps
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to promote programs
- Support program delivery and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Student Mentorship
- Provide guidance, feedback, and support to K–12 and college students to support their academic and personal development
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field is required
- Prior experience in program coordination, program management, or education-related roles preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with and ability to effectively use various AI tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with working hours based on program needs
