As a Senior College Admissions Consultant, you will work closely with students and families to assess student strengths, interests, and talents, and provide **targeted recommendations on schools, extracurricular activities, and programs that will help students stand out among thousands of applicants.
The role includes hands-on guidance throughout the application process, including but not limited to:
- Personal and supplemental essay development
- Resume preparation
- Application completion
- Interview preparation
- Guidance on obtaining letters of recommendation
You will collaborate regularly with other consultants, maintain communication with admissions offices, and stay updated on the latest college admissions trends and information.
Candidates must have a strong understanding of college candidacy building and the college application process. A bachelor's degree in school counseling or a related field is required, or at least 3 years of relevant college and graduate program admissions experience.

Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of College Admissions on each case on a weekly basis
- Attend company consulting meetings and seminars to strategize for each application case
- Facilitate and conduct one-on-one client meetings with students and families
- Perform necessary research and planning to create customized solutions for each student’s application process
- Provide professional admissions support, including but not limited to:
- Essay writing and editing
- Interview preparation
- Extracurricular and activity list development

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3 years of experience in college admissions consulting, school counseling, or related fields
